Mazen Newsroom
26 July 2026
Mazen Schools Head Office, Islamabad proudly hosted the Monthly Leadership Meetup for our North Region campuses — a working session that brings campus principals, academic heads and head office leadership around one table every month.
Chaired by the Managing Director
The meetup was chaired by our esteemed Managing Director, who set the tone for the day: a network is only as strong as the standard held on its weakest morning. Leaders were reminded that consistency — in teaching quality, in child safety, in parent communication — is what turns a group of campuses into one trusted institution.
Academic excellence first
Each campus presented its academic picture: learning outcomes, assessment trends, intervention plans for students who need extra support, and the professional development priorities for their teaching teams. Best practices that worked in one campus were documented so every other campus can adopt them immediately.
Operational discipline
The operations review covered admissions momentum, transport and safety protocols, facility upkeep, and readiness of our newer Islamabad campuses. Clear owners and timelines were agreed for every action point, with follow-up scheduled before the next monthly cycle.
Unity, collaboration and innovation
What makes these meetups valuable is not the reporting — it is the collaboration. Principals troubleshoot together, share classroom innovations, and align on a single Mazen experience that a parent can expect at any campus they walk into.
One network, one standard
Our sincere appreciation to every principal and team member who travelled in and contributed. The North Region Monthly Leadership Meetup continues to keep our campuses aligned, accountable and moving forward together.
