You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the Contract Act, 1872. If you are accessing the Website on behalf of a minor (e.g. as a parent/guardian), you acknowledge that you do so in your own capacity and accept these Terms on the minor's behalf.

The Website is an informational platform for the Mazen Schools network. It describes our academic model, campuses, franchise programme, admissions process and news. Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer to educate, enrol or engage any person; enrolment, employment, franchise appointments and all similar relationships are governed by separately signed written agreements.

You may use the Website solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Website in breach of any Pakistani law, including PECA, 2016;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, its servers, or any connected system;
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any code intended to damage or disrupt the Website;
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to harvest information without our prior written consent;
• Post, transmit or submit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, infringing or harmful to minors;
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity;
• Use any content from the Website for competing commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

All content published on the Website — including the "Mazen Schools" name and logo, the "Turkish Standard in Education" slogan, campus imagery, videos, course descriptions, franchise materials, brochures, illustrations, layouts, source code and design — is owned by, or licensed to, Mazen Schools and is protected by the Copyright Ordinance, 1962, the Trade Marks Ordinance, 2001, and other applicable intellectual-property laws of Pakistan and international conventions to which Pakistan is a party.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to view and print content for personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use — including reproduction, republication, adaptation, distribution or public display — requires our prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in civil and criminal proceedings.

When you submit information through a form on the Website (e.g. call-back requests, admission enquiries, franchise applications, career applications), you represent that the information provided is true, complete and lawfully shared, and that you have the authority to share any information relating to a third party. You grant Mazen Schools a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the submission for the purpose for which it was provided.

Any figures, timelines, ROI estimates, fee schedules or admission criteria mentioned on the Website are indicative and subject to change without notice. Actual terms are set out in the signed Franchise Agreement, Admission Form, Fee Policy and other agreements issued at the relevant time. Where the Website differs from a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

The Website may link to third-party websites, WhatsApp numbers, embedded Google Maps, YouTube videos, social-media platforms and downloadable documents (e.g. the Franchise Kit PDF). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of any third party. Access is at your own risk and subject to the third party's own terms.

The Website and Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mazen Schools, its directors, officers, employees, franchisees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Pakistani law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mazen Schools and its officers, employees and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Website, or violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms or engaged in activity harmful to Mazen Schools, its students, franchisees or third parties.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, pandemic, natural disaster, war, civil disturbance, act of terrorism, government action, curfew, telecommunications or utility failure.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. Failing that, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration Act, 1940, seated in Islamabad, conducted in English. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek urgent injunctive or equitable relief from the courts at Islamabad, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be treated as a waiver of that right or provision.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Amendments take effect on posting to the Website. Your continued use after amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
