Mazen Newsroom
15 July 2026
The Mazen Schools Network Annual Leadership Meetup 2026 brought our entire leadership community under one roof — campus principals, academic coordinators, operations leads and the head office team — for a full day of reflection, review and forward planning.
A year in review
The day opened with a network-wide review: enrolment growth across Islamabad, Rawalpindi and beyond, the roll-out of new campuses at B-17, G-15 and I-14, and the academic results that our teachers and students worked all year to earn. Each principal presented their campus story — the wins, the challenges, and the lessons worth sharing.
Academics at the centre
Curriculum roundtables took up the heart of the agenda. Teams worked through learning outcomes for Early Years, Primary, Middle and O-Level/IGCSE, refined assessment calendars, and aligned on how technology-enabled classrooms and the Human Centred Development framework translate into everyday teaching practice.
Standards, KPIs and quality assurance
Leaders reviewed the academic KPI dashboard together — attendance, learning progress, teacher development hours, parent engagement and campus operations — so that every campus, new or established, holds the same standard of quality that Mazen parents expect.
Culture and connection
Beyond the sessions, the meetup was a reminder of what holds the network together: shared values, mutual respect and a genuine sense of family. Recognitions were given, ideas were traded over chai, and new campus heads were welcomed into the fold.
Looking ahead to the new academic year
The team left with a clear agenda: deepen teacher training, strengthen parent partnership, expand co-curricular programmes, and support the next wave of campuses joining the Mazen Schools Network — all in service of one shared vision, a world-class, values-led education for every Mazen child.
